When you use our website, contact Aqua Creative Studio, request a quote, make a payment or start a project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Also, you agree to follow the project scope, payment terms and approval process shared with you.

Services Covered

Aqua Creative Studio provides creative and digital services for businesses, events and brands. Moreover, we offer both single design services and complete packages.

• Logo design, branding and business identity design
• Visiting card, brochure, flyer, banner, menu card and wedding card design
• Website design, landing page design and website support
• Social media creative design and marketing creatives
• Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads management support

Project Scope

We follow the package, quotation or written discussion approved before work starts. Therefore, any extra work outside the approved scope may need additional charges. For example, a new layout, new concept or extra page may change the final cost.

Payment Terms

We start work after advance payment confirmation. Generally, we take 50% advance before starting the project, and we collect the remaining 50% before final delivery or work completion.

• Advance payment confirms project booking.
• We share final files after full payment.
• We share source or editable files only after full payment.
• However, large, urgent or custom projects may have different payment terms.

Client Responsibilities

The client must share correct business details, spelling, contact information, brand references, content, images and project instructions. In addition, the client must check all names, numbers, offers and addresses before final approval.

• The client must proofread all content before approval.
• The client must confirm final text, phone numbers, prices and offers.
• The client takes responsibility for final approved designs.

Revision Policy

We include minor revisions as per the project scope. For example, minor revisions may include small text changes, colour adjustments, spacing changes or simple layout refinements.

However, major redesigns, new concepts, full layout changes or direction changes after approval may need extra charges.

Delivery Timeline

Simple design work usually takes 1–5 business days. However, complex projects, websites, branding packages, brochures and urgent work may take more time.

• Urgent delivery may need extra charges.
• Delayed client response can delay final delivery.
• Timeline starts after advance payment and required content confirmation.

Design Approval

The client must review each design carefully before final delivery, printing or publishing. Therefore, please check spelling, layout, colours, contact details and offers before approval. Aqua Creative Studio does not take responsibility for client-approved errors.

Source Files And Editable Files

We deliver final files such as PNG, JPG or PDF based on the project type. Also, we share source or editable files only after full payment and only when the package or quotation includes them.

Printing And Hardcopy

Unless we mention printing in the quotation, our prices cover creative design and digital files only. Therefore, printing, hardcopy production, material cost, packaging, courier and delivery charges remain separate.

Website, Domain And Hosting

Website design or development charges do not include domain, hosting, paid plugins, paid themes, premium stock assets or third-party tools unless the quote clearly includes them. However, we can guide you if you need help choosing domain or hosting.

Digital Marketing And Ads

Digital marketing service charges remain separate from ad spend. Therefore, the client pays advertising budgets directly to Meta, Google or any other advertising platform unless we clearly agree on another arrangement.

Cancellation Terms

If the client cancels a project after work starts, Aqua Creative Studio does not refund the advance payment. Also, we share completed work only after the client clears any pending payment.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client owns the final approved designs. However, Aqua Creative Studio may show completed work in its portfolio unless the client asks for confidentiality before project completion.

Colour And Print Disclaimer

Colours can look different on screens and printed materials. Also, paper type, ink quality, printer settings and production method can change the final output. Therefore, the client should check print proofs before bulk printing.

Communication

We handle project communication through WhatsApp, phone call, email or other agreed channels. Meanwhile, clear client feedback helps us avoid delays and improve final output.
