Payment Overview

Aqua Creative Studio starts work only after payment confirmation. Therefore, clients must complete the required advance payment before our team begins planning, design, website setup or marketing work.

Advance Payment Rule

For most design, branding and website projects, we require 50% advance payment before work starts. This advance confirms your project booking and allows our team to reserve time for your project.

• 50% advance is mandatory before work starts.
• Work starts only after payment confirmation.
• Advance payment confirms project scope and booking.

Balance Payment Rule

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before final delivery or work completion. After that, we share final files, website access details or approved deliverables as per the project scope.

• Balance payment is required before final delivery.
• Final files are shared after full payment.
• Pending payment may delay final handover.

Source Files And Editable Files

We share source or editable files only after full payment. Also, source files are provided only when they are included in the selected package or confirmed quotation.

Final files may include PNG, JPG, PDF or other agreed formats depending on the project type.

Urgent Project Payment

Urgent projects may require higher advance payment or full payment before work starts. This is because urgent work needs priority scheduling, faster execution and dedicated time.

Custom Quote Payment Terms

Custom projects may have different payment terms based on project size, timeline and complexity. For example, large branding projects, website packages or long-term marketing work may follow milestone-based payments.

Digital Marketing Payment Terms

Digital marketing service fees are payable before the monthly work starts. In addition, ad spend is separate from our service fee and usually goes directly to platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram or Google.

Printing And Hardcopy Payments

Our standard pricing covers creative design and digital files only. Therefore, printing, hardcopy production, material, packaging, courier and delivery charges require separate payment unless the quote clearly includes them.

Domain, Hosting And Paid Tools

Website pricing does not include domain, hosting, paid plugins, premium themes, paid stock assets or third-party tools unless the quote clearly mentions them. However, we can guide clients before they purchase these services.

Payment Proof

After making payment, clients should share payment proof through WhatsApp or email. Then, we verify the payment and confirm the project start or next delivery step.

Late Payment Or Pending Payment

If balance payment remains pending, Aqua Creative Studio may hold final delivery, source files, website handover or final project access until the payment clears.
