Delivery Policy Overview
Aqua Creative Studio delivers work after project approval and payment completion. Therefore, the final timeline depends on the service type, content availability, revision count and client response time.
Delivery Time For Design Work
Simple design projects usually take 1–5 business days. However, brochures, branding packages, websites and complex creative work may need more time.
- Logo design timeline depends on concept count and revision needs.
- Print design timeline depends on size, content and layout complexity.
- Website delivery depends on pages, content, features and approval speed.
Project Start And Delivery Confirmation
We start the delivery timeline after advance payment confirmation. In addition, the client must share required content, images, details and clear instructions before work begins.
If the client delays content or feedback, the delivery timeline may also change.
Digital File Delivery
We send final design files through WhatsApp, email, cloud link or another agreed method. Usually, clients receive PNG, JPG or PDF files based on the project type.
Also, we prepare files according to the approved scope, such as social media use, website use or print-ready output.
Source File Delivery
We share source or editable files only after full payment. Also, we provide source files only when the selected package or approved quotation includes them.
Website Delivery Policy
For website projects, we complete handover after final approval and full payment. Then, we share agreed access, files or website handover details based on the project scope.
- Website delivery may include page setup, basic testing and final review.
- Domain, hosting, paid plugins and premium tools remain separate unless the quote includes them.
- The client must provide final content, images and business details on time.
Revision And Approval Delivery
Revisions can affect delivery timelines. Therefore, the client should share clear feedback in one message whenever possible.
After final approval, we prepare final files or website handover. Finally, the client should check all details before using the files.
Urgent Delivery Rules
Urgent delivery may be available for selected services. However, urgent work may need extra charges because it requires priority scheduling and faster execution.
Printing And Hardcopy Delivery
Our standard delivery includes digital design files only. Therefore, printing, hardcopy production, packaging, courier and physical delivery stay separate unless the quotation clearly includes them.
Client Review Before Delivery
The client must review spelling, phone numbers, offers, addresses, dates, prices and all business details before final approval.
After approval, the client takes responsibility for final content. So, please check every detail carefully before approving.
Delivery Delay Reasons
Delivery may take longer if the project needs more content, delayed feedback, extra revisions, technical setup, third-party access or additional client approval.
Moreover, website projects may take extra time when domain, hosting, plugin or content access is not ready.
