Aqua Creative Studio provides custom creative services. Therefore, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work progress, time invested and approved project scope.
Advance Payment Policy
Work starts after advance payment confirmation. Usually, we take 50% advance before starting the project. This advance confirms the project booking and allows our team to begin planning, research and design work.
Refund Before Project Starts
If the client requests cancellation before our team starts any planning, research, design work or project setup, we may review the refund request. However, payment gateway charges or processing fees may be deducted if applicable.
No Refund After Work Starts
Once planning, concept creation, design work, website setup or marketing preparation starts, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. This is because our team has already invested time, effort and creative work into the project.
No Refund After Concept Delivery
After we share a logo concept, design draft, website layout, branding direction, creative sample or marketing plan, we do not offer a refund. Instead, we continue with revisions as per the approved project scope.
Custom Design Work
Custom design work is non-refundable after it begins. This includes logo design, branding, visiting card design, brochure design, flyer design, banner design, menu card design, wedding card design and social media creative design.
Website Project Refunds
Website projects involve planning, layout design, page setup, content structure and technical work. Therefore, website project advance payments are non-refundable after work starts.
- No refund after homepage design or layout work starts.
- No refund after website setup, plugin setup or page creation starts.
- No refund for delays caused by missing client content or late approvals.
Digital Marketing Refunds
Digital marketing services include campaign planning, creative preparation, account review, targeting setup and management time. Therefore, service fees are non-refundable after work starts.
Also, ad spend paid to platforms like Meta, Facebook, Instagram or Google follows the platform’s own payment and refund rules.
Revision Instead Of Refund
If a client needs changes, we first provide revisions as per the project scope. Minor revisions may include text correction, colour adjustment, spacing correction or small layout improvement.
However, major redesigns, new concepts or direction changes may require extra charges.
Client Delay Or No Response
If a project gets delayed because the client does not share content, feedback, approval or required details on time, the payment remains non-refundable. In addition, project timelines may change.
Duplicate Payments
If a client makes a duplicate payment by mistake, they should contact us with payment proof. After verification, we may refund the duplicate amount or adjust it against the project balance.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund review, contact Aqua Creative Studio with your name, phone number, project details and payment proof. Then, we will review the request based on the project stage and work already completed.
