Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, third-party charges and project changes are handled for website design, QR food menu, Google Business Profile setup and related digital services.

1. General Policy

Aqua Creative Studio provides customised digital services. Project work is usually planned around a client’s business information, pages, content, design direction and specific requirements.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, the agreed scope, work already completed, any third-party costs and the reason for the request. This policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and any project-specific quotation or written agreement.

2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a client requests cancellation before work has started and before any third-party service, design planning or project setup cost has been incurred, Aqua Creative Studio may review the request and discuss an appropriate refund amount.

Where an advance payment has been used for consultation, planning, account setup, project preparation or reserved work time, that portion may be retained to cover completed work or committed costs.

3. Cancellation After Work Starts

Once design, content organisation, development, menu setup, profile setup or other project work has started, payments relating to completed work are generally not refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work begins, Aqua Creative Studio may assess the work completed up to the cancellation date and any costs already committed. Any possible remaining balance will be reviewed case by case.

4. Completed or Delivered Services

Once an agreed service has been completed, delivered, published, handed over or approved by the client, payments for that completed service are generally not refundable.

This includes completed website pages, QR food menu setups, Google Business Profile organisation support, content structure work, approved design work or other completed project deliverables.

5. Third-Party Charges

Charges paid to independent providers are generally non-refundable through Aqua Creative Studio unless the provider itself issues a refund. Examples can include:

  • Domain registrations or renewals
  • Hosting plans or server services
  • Premium plugins, themes, templates or software subscriptions
  • Payment gateway, email, booking or external platform charges
  • Any other service purchased from a third-party provider for the project

Third-party services are subject to their own billing, cancellation and refund policies.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp. Please include your name, business name, project name and the reason for cancellation.

We will review the project status, work completed, payments received and any third-party costs before responding to the request.

7. Scope Changes and Paused Projects

A change of business direction, additional pages, replacement of approved content, new feature requests or delays in receiving client materials may affect the project timeline and pricing.

If a project is paused for an extended period because required information, approvals or payments are not provided, the project may need a new timeline, updated scope or revised pricing before work resumes.

8. Service Issues

If you believe a delivered service does not match the agreed scope, please contact us promptly with clear details. We will review the concern against the confirmed project requirements and discuss a reasonable next step.

This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under applicable law.

9. Refund Process

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be returned through a suitable payment method after confirming the refundable amount and payment details. Processing time can vary depending on the payment method and any bank or payment-provider processing.

Any refund decision applies only to the specific project and circumstances reviewed. It does not create an automatic refund entitlement for other projects or future services.
