Aqua Creative Studio

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the general terms that apply when you use the Aqua Creative Studio website or discuss website design, QR food menu, Google Business Profile setup and related project services with us.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, contacting Aqua Creative Studio or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or request services from us.

2. Services and Project Scope

Aqua Creative Studio may provide services including website design, website content structure, QR food menu setup, Google Business Profile setup support, website updates and related digital project services.

Each project is based on the scope discussed with the client. The final scope may include agreed pages, layouts, content requirements, image requirements, enquiry links, technical setup or other stated deliverables.

Any feature, page, integration or service not included in the confirmed project scope may require additional discussion, timeline adjustment and pricing.

3. Starting Prices and Quotations

Any “starting from” amount shown on the website is an indicative starting price for a common project scope. It is not a fixed quotation for every business or requirement.

A final quotation may be provided after reviewing the requested pages, content, design direction, features, integrations, timeline and any additional work required.

Prices may change where the project scope changes, additional pages are requested, content is incomplete, third-party charges apply or new requirements are added after the initial discussion.

4. Payments

Payment terms, project milestones and any advance payment requirement will be discussed before work begins. The applicable payment arrangement for a project is the one confirmed in writing through an accepted quotation, invoice, email or WhatsApp conversation.

Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue or where required client information, approvals or materials are not provided in time.

5. Client Content and Materials

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved text, images, pricing, contact details, menu items, service details, logos and any other material needed for the project.

By sending content to Aqua Creative Studio, the client confirms that they have the right to use that content and allow it to be used for the requested project. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions related to their content.

Aqua Creative Studio may decline to publish content that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful or unsuitable for the requested service.

6. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revision rounds may be included only where discussed in the project scope. Revisions are intended for adjustments to the agreed design or content direction, not for a complete change of project direction after work has progressed.

Additional revisions, new page requirements, major redesign requests or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional time and charges.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services such as domain providers, hosting providers, WordPress plugins, payment gateways, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, WhatsApp, social platforms or email services.

These services are operated by independent providers. Aqua Creative Studio does not control their policies, availability, fees, approval decisions, account restrictions, search visibility, platform changes or service interruptions.

Where third-party fees apply, those fees may be separate from Aqua Creative Studio’s service fee unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

8. Delivery, Review and Launch

Project timelines depend on the agreed scope, client communication, availability of content, approval speed and any third-party setup requirements. Timelines discussed during planning are estimates unless a specific date is confirmed in writing.

Before launch or handover, clients should review business names, phone numbers, prices, menus, service details, images, links and other visible content. Aqua Creative Studio is not responsible for errors that remain after client approval or where correct information was not provided.

9. No Guaranteed Results

Aqua Creative Studio provides design and digital setup services. We do not guarantee search rankings, Google Business Profile visibility, customer enquiries, sales, bookings, platform approval, website traffic or any particular business outcome.

Results can vary based on business category, competition, location, customer behaviour, content quality, platform systems and other factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aqua Creative Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party service issues, business decisions, content provided by a client, platform changes or delays outside our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for maintaining access to their own important accounts, domain registrations, hosting, email accounts, business records and backups unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, website practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Important: These general terms support the current Aqua Creative Studio website and service workflow. For larger projects, a custom proposal, quotation or written agreement may include additional project-specific terms.
